1)Must be Shotokan style club and be able to verify lineage to SHOTOKAN KARATE based instruction.
2)Must be willing to meet or exceed technical standards as set by TORA SHOTOKAN KARATE.
3)TSKF Syllabus are to be taught compulsorily for Club heads Dan exam. by providing official authorized certificates.
4)The Head of the club should have minimum of 3rd Degree Black Belt for the affiliation.
5)Affiliation will not be renewed further for any club if bye laws are not followed.
6)Affiliation will be renewed every two year .

8) Fees for Affliation club 60$ (For indian clubs 5000/-)
9)individual membership 20$ (For indian members 2500/-)
10)Instructor certificate 35$ (For indian instructors 3500/-)
11)TSKF privilege will get all members equal
